I’m wasn’t typically a fan of banana bread, but I saw these 3 ripe bananas in my kitchen and didn’t want them to go to waste so I decided to make banana bread with it. I am so proud of myself for making it into banana bread instead of letting it go to waste and it tastes DELICIOUS! I can finally tell myself that I am now a fan of banana bread thanks to this easy banana bread recipe lol.
You should try it too, you wont regret this recipe! Its moist and soft with great flavor, very yummy. I will show you how I make it below so lets get started 🙂
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts for toppings
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
- In a large bowl, mashed the 3 bananas
- In the same bowl pour the melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar ,salt, cinnamon powder, and egg. Mix them well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix them well again.
- Spray the loaf pan with oil or brush it with butter, then pour the batter into the pan, sprinkle the crushed walnuts on the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let is cool down a bit before taking it out of the pan and cutting it into slices.
