Yummy cheese cake, my family and I love cheesecake, my husband doesn’t like the cheese cake that bought from the store. He can be picky about it so one day I made one and he absolutely loved it. I bet you will love this very easy cheesecake recipe too.
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1/4 Brown sugar
- 2 Cups graham cracker crumbs (I grind up cinnamon graham crackers)
- 1 stick butter
- Pre-heat the oven to 325 degree fahrenheit
- Mix the graham crumbs, brown sugar, and butter (melted)
- Transfer the crust mix into a 9 inch pan and begin to flatten it using the measuring cup or spatula.
4. Bake it for 10 minutes
Cheese Cake Filling
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 2/3 Cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 16 Oz cream cheese
Lower the oven temperature down to 300 Fahrenheit, after the crust is complete.
- Beat the cream cheese until it’s soften, see the picture below to see what the texture looks like.
2. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour mix them all well.
3. Add the eggs, don’t beat the eggs too long.
4. Pour it into the crust.
5. Bake it for an hour
6. Let the cheese cake cool down until its no longer warm.
