So today we are making choco crinkles recipe, these are the best cookies for me. I guess because this is my favorite cookies ever, this always reminds me of when I was a kid, my sister always brought me these everytime she came home from work. So these are very special to me. Anyways lets start making these delicious cookies!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup or more confectioners sugar (for coating)
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix it well using a baking spatula.
- Make a crater in the middle and add 4 eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix it using a hand mixer or standing mixer until the texture is like in the picture below.
3. Scrape all the dough onto the middle and refrigerate overnight.
4. Next day, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Put confectioners sugar in a bowl, scoop the dough into the confectioners sugar and roll them around to get coating.
6. Place them into the baking pan with baking sheets. Give them 2 inches of space surrounding them.
7. Bake them for 12-15 minutes.
Wait for the them to completely cooled down before eating. I don’t know how many I made because my kids kept grabbing some before I could get a chance to count lol.
