This Filipino coconut Macarons recipe is very easy you will only need 6 ingredients. Preparing it is not difficult or time consuming at all! If you are a Macarons lover this is perfect for you, try this recipe and you will not regret it. π This is very flavorful, I love the little texture of coconut. It taste like milky coconut with a touch of sweet. So lets get started and I will show you how to make them! π
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 butter
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
- In a big bowl put the desiccated coconut and flour together add the condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix them using hand mixer.
- Β In mini muffin pan, begin to scoop the batter into the muffin pan, don’t fill it up all the way to the top. (I didn’t have a muffin liners so I didn’t use any but if you prefer to have that its fine. Since I didn’t have a the liners I sprayed my muffin fun with oil so it doesn’t stick)
- Β Once all ready bake it for at least 15-17 minutes.
